Documents to be brought by the Candidate during STAR Phase-II of Agniveervayu Selection Test

Candidate must keep the scanned copy/image of the following (as applicable) beforehand in ready-to-upload state before starting the filling of online application:-

1. Colour print out of Admit Card for STAR Phase-II and verified Admit card of STAR Phase – I (used during Online Examination).

2. Duly filled and signed Tattoo Certificate by Candidate. Candidates with permanent body tattoos must bring two postcard size photographs each (close up and distant view) with details of size and type of tattoo.

3. Duly signed Consent Form for PFT & Medical Test by the Candidate, if 18 Years & above of age. To be signed by Parent/Guardian, if below 18 years.

4. Colour Printout of duly filled application form downloaded on completion of online registration. The application must indicate the payment status as successful in relevant column and must bear the same registration No. as printed on this Admit Card.

5. HB Pencil, Eraser, Sharpener, Glue Stick, Stapler and Black/Blue Ball Point Pen for writing.

6. Ten copies of un-attested recent (taken not before Three Months from date of filling Registration Form) passport size colour photograph.

7. Original and four self-attested photocopies of Matriculation Passing Certificate (required for verification of Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name and his/her Date of Birth).

8. Original and four self –attested photocopies of Matriculation Marks Sheet (only applicable for three years Diploma / two years Vocational Course holders when English is not a subject in Diploma / Vocational Course).

9. Original and four self-attested photocopies of Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent Examination Passing Certificate and Marks Sheet

   OR

   Original and four self-attested photocopies of Three Year Diploma Course Passing Certificate and Marks Sheets of all semesters.

   OR

   Original and four self-attested photocopies of Two Year Vocational Course Passing Certificate and Marks Sheets of all semesters and Marks Sheets of non-vocational subjects of English, Physics and Mathematics.

10. Certificate for COAFP (Children of Air Force Personnel)/Certificate for children of serving/retired/deceased Air Force civilian employees paid out of defence estimates are to be downloaded as the case may be, from the download section of CASB web portal and brought along while reporting for STAR Phase-II of the examination after signature and stamp of the issuing authority. Children of retired Air Force personnel to produce original discharge book of their parents.

11. For candidates discharged from Indian Army/Indian Navy/Any other government organisation, original and four self-attested photocopies of Discharge Certificate (as issued from Indian Army/Indian Navy/Government Organisation).

12. No Objection Certificate (NOC) [in original and four self-attested photocopies] issued from the employer, applicable only for candidates presently serving in any Government Organisation.

13. Original and four self-attested photocopies of NCC ‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate (if applicable).

14. Original and self-attested photocopies of Admit Card of 12th/Intermediate examination.

15. One copy of “No Risk Certificate” duly signed by candidate and countersigned by parent/ guardian which is attached with STAR Phase-II Admit Card.

16. Candidate must bring his/her Aadhaar Card as proof of identity during STAR Phase-II test. Candidate shall not be permitted for selection test without producing Aadhaar Card. Candidates from J&K, Assam and Meghalaya, if don’t have Aadhaar Card, have to carry a valid photo identity card.

17. Candidate must bring Covid Vaccination Certificate.

18. Candidates with any additional skill/qualifications/achievements in fields, including but not limited to, Information Technology, Motor Vehicle driving/maintenance, hospitality, logistics, accounting and sports are required to intimate the same to recruiting officer and furnish certificates in support of the same.
