Guidelines for Online Application

DISCLAIMER:A Pop-up window should appear on the screen when the candidates click on “Fill Application Form” and they should be able to proceed to fill up the form only when they agreed for “I have read and understood for compliance” as mentioned below.

THE DATA ENTERED DURING REGISTRATION WILL BE FINAL AND NO CHANGE WILL BE PERMITTED.
ENTRY OF WRONG DATA WILL DISQUALIFY CANDIDATURE.

Important Instructions for Candidate

NOTE: The Selection Test for Agniveervayu is only for unmarried MALE and FEMALE citizens of India.
  1. Candidate must have valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number for successful online registration.

  2. Candidate should mandatorily have Aadhaar Card Number (optional for candidates belonging to J&K, Ladakh, Assam & Meghalaya).

  3. Candidates need to carry their Aadhaar Card, when called for examination. Candidates from J&K, Ladakh, Assam & Meghalaya need to carry a valid photo identity proof, if not having Aadhaar Card.

  4. Examination fee of Rs. 550/- plus GST is to be paid online by the candidate while registering for the online examination. The payment can be made by Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking / UPI through payment gateway. Candidates are advised to follow the instructions / steps given on the payment gateway, and also print / keep the transaction details for their records.

  5. Refund of Multiple Payments:- If multiple payments are received from a candidate against single application, then that will be refunded back to the originating account after closing of registration and re-conciliation of all payment records. However if candidate is found to have filled multiple applications, only one application will be accepted and the amount with respect to other applications not considered for recruitment process will not be refunded.

  6. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances and shall not be kept in reserve for any other examination or selection

  7. The following documents to be uploaded by candidates while filling up of online registration form:-
    1. DOB / NAME / FATHER’S NAME / MOTHER’S NAME PROOF AS APPLICABLE:- Class 10th/ Matriculation passing certificate.

    2. IF APPLYING FOR SCIENCE SUBJECTS (OR) SCIENCE SUBJECTS & OTHER THAN SCIENCE SUBJECTS:-

      1. Intermediate/10+2 or equivalent with Maths, Physics & English marksheet/marksheets (if applying on the basis of 12th/intermediate or equivalent educational qualifications).

      2. 3 Yrs Engineering Diploma Final Year Marksheet (if applying on the basis of 3 Yrs Engineering Diploma from Central/ State/UT Govt recognised Polytechnic Institute in prescribed stream).

      3. Two years Vocational Course marksheet with non-vocational subjects viz. Physics and Maths (if applying on the basis of two years Vocational Course from Education Boards recognized by Central/State/UT Govt). If Maths & Physics marks are not available in Vocational Course then Intermediate/10+2 marksheet with Maths & Physics marks.

      4. The marksheet indicating marks in English subject (if applying on the basis of 3 Yrs Engineering Diploma qualification or 2 Yrs Vocational Course) in diploma/Vocational Course (or) 12th/10th if English is not a subject in diploma /Vocational Course.

    3. IF APPLYING FOR OTHER THAN SCIENCE SUBJECTS:-

      1. Intermediate/10+2 or equivalent marksheet/marksheets in any stream / subjects from Education Boards recognized by Central/State/UT Govt (if applying on the basis of 12th/intermediate or equivalent educational qualifications).

      2. Two years Vocational Course marksheet (if applying on the basis of two years Vocational Course from Education Boards recognized by Central/State/UT Govt.

      3. The marksheet indicating marks in English subject (if applying on the basis of 3 Yrs Engineering Diploma qualification or 2 Yrs Vocational Course) in diploma/Vocational Course (or) 12th/10th if English is not a subject in diploma / Vocational Course.

      Note: Candidate eligible for Science Subjects examination (Including Intermediate/10+2/three years diploma course in engineering or two years, vocational course with non-vocational subjects of Physics and Maths) are also eligible for Other than Science Subjects and would be given an option of appearing in both Science Subjects and Other than Science Subjects examination in one sitting while filling up the online registration form.

    4. Passport size colour photograph (front portrait in light background without head gear except for Sikhs) recent (taken not before Three Months from date of filling Registration Form). The photograph is to be taken with candidate holding a black slate in front of his/her chest with his/her Name and Date of Photograph taken, clearly written on it with white chalk in capital letters. Change in appearance like growing beard, head gear etc., in comparison to the photograph may result in cancellation of candidature for STAR Phase-I online examination and STAR Phase-II testing.

    6. Candidate’s signature image.

    7. Candidate’s parents (Father/Mother/Guardian) signature image (if candidate is below 18 years on the date of filling the online application).

Examination fee of Rs. 550/- plus GST is to be paid online by the candidate while registering for the online examination. The payment can be made by Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking / UPI through payment gateway. Refund of Multiple Payments:- If multiple payments are received from a candidate against single application, then that will be refunded back to the originating account after closing of registration and re-conciliation of all payment records.
